Hiring Tips for Acupuncturists: The Key To A Successful Cash-Based Practice

Today, I’ll be sharing crucial hiring tips that can fast track the success of your practice.

So… if you want to learn how to build a cash based practice that does 20, 30, or even $50k per month, take your time back and your freedom, and have a busy practice that you look forward to going into every day… all within 6 months… then pay close attention.

I've taken my ten years of struggle and subsequent transformation to a highly successful practice and condensed it down into six short months — and that’s what I’m teaching Acupuncturists like you.

Now let’s dive into the hiring tips…

If you want to increase your monthly practice income to $50k and simultaneously reduce your clinic hours, it is essential to consider hiring…

Because by doing so, you can delegate tasks such as scheduling appointments, check-ins, check-outs, phone calls, and emails, freeing up your time and allowing you to focus on higher-value activities.

I can already hear the objections…

“Steve, I put out an ad on Indeed and I got 500 applicants. How do I sort through them? It takes hours and hours, and all of them look the same.” I’ve had lots of students ask me about this.

My response?

Unfortunately, hiring sites are a double edged sword.

While you can find good people, and this is where people look for jobs now, you can also get inundated with people who are “shot-gunning” job ads… hoping for something to pop.

So, how do you create some hurdles for applicants and weed out the “shot-gunners”?

At the very bottom of your ad, ask the applicants to write two to three sentences on why they feel they're a good fit for the job.

Truth is… You shouldn’t really care what the response is, but it goes a long way to demonstrate that they actually read the offering and responded appropriately.

And those that didn't respond appropriately?

They more than likely didn't read any of the offer and are just spamming resumes, hoping that they get a call back and then they can decide if they even want the job in the first place — which would be a waste of your time.

But the five or ten that did respond appropriately are your candidates.

You've just weeded out over 450  applicants that are absolutely not a good fit for your practice. Now you can set up the phone interview and you're off and running.
